City Centre Beat is governed by a Board of Management, appointed by the members at the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Management is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the City Centre Beat. The Police, Local Authority and City Centre Beat Managers may sit on the Board of Management as advisors, but will not have any voting rights.
The City Centre Beat Management Team perform the day-to-day management and ensure the smooth running of City Centre Beat.
In accordance with the overall strategy set by the Board of Management. The City Centre Beat also has a Steering Group of representatives of members of the Business Community, Police and Bradford Council. This group advises on the overall aims and objectives of the Partnership and represents the views of the wider community. The steering group acts as a sounding board for the wider community.
